Skocktail accepts both international and local order. Orders without providing a valid contact phone number will be canceled and refunded immediately.
We endeavor to dispatch your order within two working days, unless otherwise noted in description of product. After leaving our lab, delivery time may vary depending on shipment destination. Most destinations worldwide will be delivered to within 5-10 working days, however remote destinations may take a little longer depending on customs regulations within your country. Skocktail is currently offering worldwide free shipping, including over all 50 states in the US. However, some countries require licenses, permits or documentation to import cosmetic goods.

When will you ship my order?
We try to process your order as quickly as we can, usually within 2 business days.
We ship via Easyship. You’ll get a tracking number in the shipment notification email so you can always keep an eye on your package’s journey.
What if I want to change the shipping address?
Please be extra careful when entering the shipping address to make sure it’s correct. Once you’ve submitted your order, the shipping address cannot be changed.
International Duties & Taxes
Our retail prices and shipping charges exclude any local customs duties or taxes/VAT. Customs duties and taxes are additional fees charged by local authorities and vary country to country. Tracking your order online
Upon dispatch of your order, a consignment note number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking facilities.
